Arabica and Robusta coffee
Arabica coffee is the finest, richest coffee in the world. The beans we use have a unique sweet-soft flavor. The unroasted beans smell like blueberry. Once roasted, they yield a floral/fruit floral scent that speaks to its soft flavor. They are grown at higher altitudes than other coffee beans. Cool, subtropical climates make Robusta coffee less common than Arabica. Produced at lower altitudes than Arabica, yielding a less sweet and bolder flavor. It is most often used in Italian espresso, giving it that dark, rich, complex flavor.
Each Café Latte has 2 gr of fiber.
Organo™ Café Latte provides coffee with ganoderma, and natural fibre.
Also known as the red Reishi mushroom. A mild flavor adds a note of depth to the coffee flavor and brings its own benefits. Ganoderma mushrooms provide triterpenoids and amino acids, they are ‘adaptogens’.
Ganoderma lucidum has been used in traditional Asian culture for thousands of years. The name Ganoderma lucidum means “spiritual potency”. The Japanese name Reishi can be translated as “King of Herbs”.

YIELDS: 3 servings
2 sachets ORGANO Cafe Latte
2 cups hot water
5 grams powdered gelatine
For garnish (optional):
Chocolate-covered coffee beans
1. Mix ORGANO Cafe Latte with hot water.
2. Set aside to let it cool until about 80 degrees C.
3. Then add in the gelatine and mix well.
4. Pour mixture into individual bowls and refrigerate until firm.
5. Top with chipped cream and coffee beans, as desired.
