Ganoderma Spores are the seeds of the Ganoderma lucidum. The shell of the G.L. spore is as hard as the shell of a coconut, and requires special care to crack open. The spores need to be captured at the right time. There is also a second inner layer and not all companies ‘double crack’. This second crack of the shells is essential to release the most important part of the spore.
The fruit body of the fungi matures after 5-7 months to release many ganoderma spores. This happens through minuscule pores present at its base. There are different components of the Ganoderma Lucidum mushroom. The spores (seeds ready to pollinate). The Mycelium (early harvest) and the lucidum or the cap part of the mushroom (the mature plant).
